Content writing workspace setup

I stumbled into SEO content writing because I was broke and someone offered me $15 per article. Back then I didn't know what a meta description was.

The first year was mostly trial and error. I wrote thousands of words that never ranked because I didn't understand how search engines worked. I thought more words automatically meant better results.

What changed things was learning to read search console data properly. Once I understood what people were actually searching for and how Google was interpreting my content, everything shifted. Suddenly I could predict what would rank.

These days I focus on technical accuracy and search intent. I don't write motivational fluff or try to sound clever. The goal is to answer the query better than competing pages and do it in a way search engines can parse correctly.

Most of my work involves keyword research, content structure, and making sure the technical side is clean. The writing itself is straightforward once you know what you're targeting.

What I Actually Do

Keyword Research

Finding what people search for and matching content to actual query patterns. I use Ahrefs and Search Console data to build target lists that make sense.

Content Structure

Organizing information so it answers the query and fits how search engines parse content. Headers, lists, and internal linking all matter here.

Technical SEO Writing

Making sure schema markup is correct, meta descriptions are optimized, and the page loads properly. Content needs to be machine-readable.

My Process

01

Query Analysis

I start by analyzing what users are searching for and what results currently rank. This tells me what Google thinks the query is about and what format works best.

02

Content Outline

I build an outline based on search intent and competitor gaps. The structure needs to answer the query completely while covering related subtopics that add depth.

03

Write and Optimize

I write the content using clear language and proper technical elements. Then I optimize meta data, add internal links, and make sure the page is crawlable and fast.
