Required Information for DMCA Notices

We may not be able to process complaints that do not include all required information or that are submitted through other channels.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our services or terminate the accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice
Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
Provide the user with the opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material after a waiting period, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in the infringing activity.

False Claims

Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
